	3) certainty in understanding of both English and your language
	4) resourcefulness in the use of both English and your language
	5) language and culture sensitivity
	6) impartiality
	7) reliability

Higher priorities are given if you

	a) are very keen on 'recovery missions', i.e. where interpreters of other organizations have failed or are reluctant to go for OR
	b) have substantial experience or degrees in interpreting and translation OR
	c) are recommended by our regular interpreters

No qualifications are exempt from our test.
